complete your enrollment. Follow the steps listed here to schedule your appointment.
If you have questions but are not ready to enroll, or if you have already enrolled and need to make a
change, please call the HSBC Benefits Center at 1-800-847-0615.
Appointments are available in 45-minute time slots. Please wait by the phone at your scheduled time and be
sure to answer, as the call will come from an unknown number. At the 45-minute mark, your counselor will have
to wrap up your session in order to be available for their next appointment.
